I've seen them whole in Chinatown markets, for around $3.50 a pound!

Gilled & gutted to the wholesalers. Thanks for the correction Bruce - I wonder if the RI/CT/NY quota was filled. MaddMatt was unhappy.

They had bluefish fillets for sale at $5.99/lb at Shaws in Easton earlier this summer. I also saw striper for $17.99/lb at Roache Bros. in Bridgewater this summer.
