I feel for ya.

You know, my wife and I are happy now that we pissed away a lot of money having fun and traveling when we were younger and didn't invest it in an IRA or the market. What we didn't piss away we put into our house to make it more comfortable.

At least you've got beer in the fridge, striperman - that's gotta be a comfort.

For the weekend, one four letter word - work

That and checking out my blackfish gear in my tackle room - I saw the first frost of the year on the grass early this morning, just heard the furnace kick on again - it's that time of year again

I'm almost done chasing bass on a regular basis I think - we'll see how I feel about it tomorrow

Mmmmm....I think I see some Drunken Blackfish Stew in my immediate future.....

"There is no royal road to this heavy surf-fishing. With all the appliances for comfort experience can suggest, there is a certain amount of hard work to be done and exposure to be bourne as a part of the price of success." From "Striped Bass," Scribner's Magazine, 1881.
