access is denied if the freakin file is running

you have to shut if off first

hit "contol, alt ,delete, keys" to get to task manager up and see if you see it running on the list of processes

then select the end process one at a time

I got it, I restored the machine back two days and all is fine now.
I just hope it's not ground hog day all over

when those emails arrive

mark them as spam

then set up a spam filter

so it will auto delete them
