I tell you what we are going to get, ZERO!! This state has 0 money and they are just going to take it into the general fund! Just like they did with the fresh water Lic, Then make some stupid budget for the fishing with a fraction of the money they collected.

Uh macojoe, the parking fee post was intended to be a joke. No one is seriously talking about charging guys to park and fish

You will need a Federal anadromous species quasi-permit this year, but it will be free. I hear there isn't much of a chance that Mass will institute a SW license for 2009, but Basic Patrick would probably have a better handle on it.
