Uhmm, I don't know if this has gone down this road before but Mike's response
was reasonable.
If he is found guilty of this I think he should be fined heavily. I also think clear and distinct ramifications must be laid out in advance so that there is no question what will happen when one breaks those laws. Sadly, you can whimper a bit and the judge that is more worried about the "rapists, robbers, drug dealers, etc" and slaps the the offender with a $100 fine
