I think his cabinet as been loaded with the same old Libs. I'm shocked that he just noticed how bad the economy is and is renegaging on promises he made just a few short weeks ago. I feel like I'm in the Ground hog day movie. It's sad we fall for the same crap every election. And before you jump all over my ass for being a Obama basher and not giving him his due, look in the mirror and see if you are open minded. Most of us are not and some of us just say they are. We'll see, but I'm not very optimistic

Once again, long on rhetoric and short on substance.

Actually Spence, there is much truth to what buckman says.. that being said, I am optimistic that Obama is going to do more for the people of the United States in 1 or 2 terms than Bush would have done in 30 years...

Things are going to go south on Obama's watch - things are going to continue to worsen for at least through 2009.

And so who are the "same old Libs"?

Even republicans are applauding his cabinet for it's moderate and pragmatic stance. Clinton is probably the most liberal of all of them and she's more hawkish on foreign policy than many conservatives. Hell, even #^&#^&#^&#^& Cheney said he liked the selection for his defense team!!!

Sorry, but this just doesn't jibe.

You love the personal attacks. You are arrogant and smug . I guess I'll leave this stuff up to you to fill us in on what we should all think. I'll just sit back and learn from you.

It's not a personal attack at all, simply a conclusion based on repeated observations

Care to be a bit more explicit? Obama's named a very moderate and non-partisan cabinet (including a big Republican) and you call them a bunch of Libs. You claim he's already backing away from his platform, yet you don't offer any specifics...

Anything to add?
