I know it's very hard to do I did it 5 years ago smoked 3 packs a day for a very long time just think of the prize.
good luck too all who do decide to quit eat candy chew gum anything but don't light up |

Steve and others...
Thanks for the encouragement. I have decided it is time to do this. gave up alcohol and drugs many years ago and am sure if I make the decision it will be a success. I have not really "tried" to quit smoking before and have been sick of being out of breath etc etc etc for quite some time. I am pretty sure when the current carton is done so am I. |

my new years resolution is to fish with Steve more offten 
maybe take few more pictures, few more trips to Cutty and places up north and less typing  |

hit more meetings
lose weight
fish more
safe more money
spend more time with my wife son, and daughter
be less stressful
be more outgoing, less insecure
enjoy everyday like it was my last.
