Tell me about it! I quit drinking 11 1/2 years ago, and I think it was easier than this.
I know, strength is gained, when the temptation is overcome.
And strength in numbers, and accountability to another helps as well.

I saw this thread and want to wish everyone good luck with their quest.
Take it 1 day at a time, excersize, drink lots of water, read, whatever. I smoked over 15 years, both cigs and weed. It's been something >10 years since I quit both. I've got asthama to show for all that.

Just think of the money you can save for fishing!
You'll know you're on your way when you forget the exact amount of time you've quit.

Clock watchers ,,,, turn your clock away, so you can't see it if you open your eyes.. worked for me .. I use to do the countdown until the alarm went off ..
