It is the morning of day 9 for me. Using the gum and even though the box states 9-12 pcs per day I am only using 5-6. So far it isn;t as bad as I thought but Frek said it in one of his posts, I think a lot has to do with where you are in your head. Anyway...cool thread and I will check in. Oh yeah, the worst thing so far is my teeth and gums hurt like hell.
