Thanks, Tagger. You wouldn't know by looking at me, but I'm pretty picky about what poison I eat. This country's food supply is pretty sorry. Soylent Green is next.

yes they are ... Omega 3 i think ,, have to re read just got it .. Funny though was reading Omega 3 use to be in beef when it was allowed to just graze in the field .. Not any more ..

it's a sad truth

profitability and greed has compromised food quality 100%

take tomatoes... they pickem green and put them

in the ethylene gas room to force them red so

they can ship them hard....

that's a good reason to grow your own right there.

So true. Not that I am a saint when it comes to food by any means but I try to grow what I can in my little garden. Its hard to by Veggies in the store after growing season ends!

I believe bread was loaded with Vit E before they went to refined flour.
