Can't say it like George sorry.
I caught it at work and it was excellent - you can watch it in it's entirety at PBS.org - Inside the Meltdown.

They did an incredible job of unraveling and explaining what caused the banking crisis, which is complex in the details - really well done. Interesting perspective on Bernanke, Paulson and Geithner too - it was an eye-opener for me.

Not exactly light viewing but I'd call it a must see - it will give you a deeper understanding of what happened and where things may end up.

You know, I heard the stimulus likened to giving aspirin to a cancer patient - if you watch Inside the Meltdown you'll understand how far the cancer has metasticized in our economy and across the globe - and why...

I'm going to try to stay awake for the 2 AM rebroadcast on GBH 2 - at the very least, I will watch it again tomorrow online.

"There is no royal road to this heavy surf-fishing. With all the appliances for comfort experience can suggest, there is a certain amount of hard work to be done and exposure to be bourne as a part of the price of success." From "Striped Bass," Scribner's Magazine, 1881.
