Again thanks everyone! Well DECA stands for Distributive Education Clubs of America. It is pretty much a business course that my school offers. It teaches us about marketing and all things business. Now since i take the course it allows me to compete with others in our district, for me now the states and hopefully the nation. While competing we take two 100 question tests and then take 2 role plays, both of which you are given a job situation and you have 10 minutes to make a plan of how to present it to a judge. Since at district I placed 2nd (top 9 go on) in my category of Sports and entertainment marketing I go on to compete at states on March 5th, 6th and 7th at Boston. If i compete and place in the top 3 i go to nationals.
