Mike are you talking the digital that comes with the Yamaha? If so I find that it reads low at high speeds and can be way off or not read at all at low speeds. I do not know how this unit reads as there is no transom pick up? I think it is fig. off the motor some how and that its why it can be so far off. And if that is so will changing the prop also make it read even more off?
