I took a ride out to Red Top and M&D's saturday morning. There was one spot left in the parking lot in Red Top, and I had to park out by the river at M&D's. Driving from red top to MD's there was all kinds of vacant commercial property and going out of business signs.

It is interesting where people spend thier money when times are bad. Purchases like cars and furniture people hold off on, but passion hobbies, people still spend money on. I went with the girl to Micheals craft supply, and they too where packed, but there was a closed Circuit City next door.

Somebody just back of you while you are fishing is as bad as someone looking over your shoulder while you write a letter to your girl. ~Ernest Hemingway
