My old truck had the S-B sticker and a sticker of a striped bass. (funny the only pic I had of my Tacoma was on the cell phone when I had to surrender her to Toyota) Current truck has not been "updated" sticker wise yet (yes I have been draggin my feet a little).

"Take back Vermont" stickers are popular. But I've also seen "Take Vermont forward" which was inevitably followed by "Take Vermont from behind". I'm not kidding. LOL.

I have never gotten a ticket and have parked in some not so friendly places over the years. Also, I never, ever leave anything in the auto. I know alot of guys who keep ALL their gear in their vehicle. Not a good idea. It's a pain in the ass to lug your gear back and forth from house to car every trip but it may save you some problems down the line. I know of several guys who have been wiped out.

Only thing left in my vehicle while fishing are my shoes, and of course whatever my kids spill on the floor....cheez its, cookies, binkies, etc.

It's not the bait
At the end of your line
It's the fishing hole
Where all the fish is blind

Im going to change what i carry in my truck this year. I have been fortunate, but have a feeling that eventually my time will come. I bought a renters policy because i was told that auto insurance wont cover fishing gear. 79.00 a year for 5k worth of goodies. I dont know how i would go about getting reimbursed for customs though.

Everything is better on the rocks.

I've never been one for over stocking my truck with extra gear period or while I'am fishing, the only thing left in my truck when Iam fishing is an empty coffee mug, work boots or flip flop's,extra shirt and a rag towle.
No crumbs, sippie cup, cookies, candy wrapers no nothing

Leaving stuff inside is just begging for misfortune

Personal fav is "My karma ran over your dogma", but if I were on the force it would be a toss up between "I'm not tailgating, I'm drafting" and "I'm not speeding, I'm qualifying". Or maybe "Keep honking, I'm reloading".

One of the funniest things I ever heard about break-ins was an old fishing partner of mine, Scott Slocum. He had this beat to crap pickup truck that didn't even have door lock that worked. One night he's parked at Deep Hole and the morons break into his truck by breaking the side window. Now remember....no locks on this truck and they break the window to get in.
Plugs all over his dashboard. 3 boxes of plugs behind the seat. What do thay steal? His FRIGGIN' cigarettes. We get back to the truck and his more pissed about the butts than the window. 2:00 AM and he wants a smoke!

No boat, back in the suds.
