!!PRECISELY!! and entirely my point, earlier!
i have a hard time narrowing down to five per:
stage in tide, time of fishing window, amt of current,
wind speed and direction, and time of year,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
i get it, that you are asking which five are peoples' go-to's.
still, it seems counter productive to me and narrow minded
when being proficient at working many types of LURES, in ALL
fishuations is where i'm looking to take my GAME.
broadening rather than narrowing, my friend,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
hence, an arsenal that would give most pause~~~~
although, i think that the sandman's list is in the right vein.
why else would there be so many pluggs/AYC mfg's???
funny stuff NIB, as my first two choices would've been riggies and sluggos also,
depending on THE where and THE when.

I understand that no one fishes just 5 plugs. The purpose of the thread was just to see and compare what works for others. I just think its intresting that there are so many different plugs and colors that work for ppl. The thread was just a question thats all, no big deal, if you didnt like it then dont waste ur time answering it. I also picked 5 because half the time when im fishing a tide there are only 4 to 6 that work for at tha time.

BassDawg no apology needed. I didnt mean to come off like a d*** and also ment to put a smile after the wasting ur time part. I am not looking to burn bridges around here, insted i am looking for quality advice coming from ppl like you and maybe a fishing buddy once and a while. I am the type of guy that shuts up and listens because i have not been around the game long enough to have any say. I also feel ur pain in being layed off. Next Friday is my last day on the job and I graduate in May...Sucks

Hey, don't feel bad BD - I was going to list eels in positions 1 thru 5...
Figured I'd play it according to Hoyle to avoid my natural tendency to be a wiseguy...
That's why they don't send donkeys to college, ya know
'Cause absolutely nobody likes a smart-ass...
