I don't like the way this Turkish guy
flies in from Canada and wasn't shot
down with a cruise missle and vaporized !
he could have been transporting ANYTHING!
especially a bio warfare weapon that could have been
unloaded in flight-> invisible to the human (pilot's) eye.

I believe they knew the aircraft was stolen from a flight school so the chance if it causing much harm were pretty slim, and they did have multiple fighters on the scene to take action if necessary.
Interestingly enough it looks like the guy was depressed and trying to commit suicide!

I think we should have called the United Nations and asked their advice. if we shot him down, other nations may not like us and think we are murderous barbarians.

It is better to be attacked and be a victim - then the world will feel sympathy for you.
If you attack, then they are the victim, and the world will hate you.
I've just summarized the current US national defense strategy in two sentences.

Funny, I don't recall any help being offered after 9/11?

no problem i had a horrific migraine yesterday and if i moved
just an inch i got my head pounded like someone kicking down a door....
i was extremely aggravated from it.
