Bob I got mine just one size bigger and wear a reg cotton sock,dont think you need the wool sox,the NEO sock helps for warmth.But if you feel more comfort with the wool socks then you might need 2 sizes up.They will stretch but I think like only a half a size.5 or 6 yrs down the road?Time for a new pair of choes
