The Clam Man in Falmouth has a sale going on right now that is the best I have seen. $6.99 a pound for any size lobster. I bought a 4 pounder on Sunday and it was a hard shell that couldn't possibly be more packed with meat.

That's what I got Larry for from the truck in Westport. He was also stuffed with meat.
