cappa, the funny thing is i don't eat it at all, but i've got around 20 people who always want fish. out of the fish i kept for myself i've got 3 fillets left and somone is on the way over to get those now. now if i could find a use for the racks - that would help. the lobstermen don't want them because they say they get too many crabs.

Great catch!! I have not even put the boat in yet! Going to try to get it ready this week end??
