I lived in Wakefield from 1995-96 and used to go there occasionally. I dated a URI girl who tried to drag me to this show and I didn't go because I didn't know who they were. I wish I listened to her.

Conservatism is not about leaving people behind. Conservatism is about empowering people to catch up, to give them tools at their disposal that make it possible for them to access all the hope, all the promise, all the opportunity that America offers. - Marco Rubio

Their original drummer, Steve, used to live with my buddies in San Francisco. WE used to hang out and see bands. Funny that I moved across the country and hung out with Rhode Islanders. This does bring back a lot of memories,
Anyone remember Bop Harvey or Bim Skala Bim?
Once I went out back for a quick swim during a show, split my heel open on a rock/shell, went back in and bled all over the bathroom, huge mess. I was feeling no pain. Now, I take my kiddies and have wings. If they only knew the crap their dad did at that place.

Hell yeah! Those guys were great - used to see them at the Mist, then also I barbacked at "The Boat" in Newport, and used to see them there too...matter of fact, if I do recall (and believe me it's tough to recall) - hanging out in the kitchen section back stage at The Boat inbetween sets and sharing some (ahem) "vibes" with the band. Those guys brought the house down every show!
