Great time, great time. It counts but strangely no stripers were caught

Schwaggage is at end of year. Whens and wheres are what's up for consideration here

For North Shore we could have some options...

Devereaux Beach - Marblehead
Stagefort Park - Glostah
Salisbury Beach State Reservation - Salisbury

I'm sure there are others too...these just popped in my head now.

I'm thinking RI leg in late September as that really is more consistent fishing than October

North Shore leg sounds great - like TT asks - lets work on recommended date & place

How about an outer Cape Leg? Is it worthy to try?

Late June in Lower Cape?

forget the outer cape, the seals and the park service closed the fishing

Nice offer Bill but I think a lot of people would get lost (other than down to the local beer pub with the cuties IIRC).

Actually I would like to do the cookouts close to the water though.

Would it be worthwhile to schedule RI leg at the same time as the
2nd Annual Habs Memorial Tourney? Not sure when that will be (probably October) but you may want to ask Pt Jude Joe.

North Shore Leg? ... we don't have no stinkin' feeeesh on the North Shore ... seriously though, as for a North Shore leg ... I think having a Cape Anne leg or Northern 128 leg might be a good idea ... as it will provide expanded areas to fish, with easy acess to a central meeting place ... rather than limit ourselves to one town or state park ...

since i'm new to the whole 4 Leg SB Thang, i'll ask~~

how long does each Leg last?

has anyone thought of Deer Island for June? a big place that will hold
tons of anglers; iffin it's holding any of the Striped Ones?? SShore could be interesting in June, no???

for the NShore i would echo TDF's Devereux suggestion,
as it is centrally located and an excellent point to muster from/to.

tons of udl's to get to from there,,,,,,,,,,
set it up around the New's and you'd
be bumping into me 'round there anywho!!!

If you're having a leg in June, July, August, September & October, wouldn't it be a 5 leg tourney? Or are you planning on dropping one of the months based on feedback?

Well since the addition of the Frozen Tundra leg it was already at 5, so I figured why not figure we can have 5 monthly get togethers really and then the Frozen Tundra leg. Fair warning I've never ice fished and have always been a firm believer that the only place I want to see ice is at the bottom of a nice glass of single malt

I will fish all of them and I will donate plugs for prizes.

We need some decisive planning though!

Why not just set the damn dates so the details can then be hashed out?

June: Mass Leg 6/6 & 6/7
July: Rhody Leg 7/18 & 7/19 (keeps us out of MA commercial season)
August: North Shore 8/15 & 16
September: Mass Leg 9/19 & 9/20
October: Rhody Leg (same as Habs) 10/10 through 12 Columbus Day Weekend, 3-day leg.

I'm on board w/ this method. Stagefork Park in Glostah Works seems like a good place to do the North Shore leg that weekend (8/15 & 8/16)
