You know you have too much gear when..

You lay all your surf rods out and discover a Lamiglass gsb 1201 L that you totally forgot you owned..

Is when you lay it all out look it over & drool on it and suddenly realize I can't ruin any of this I spent waaaaaaaay to much $$ & time pursuing it & you don't want to scratch ANY OF IT including newly made and purchased plugs

Live bait sharp hooks and timing is all you need

there's no room for your fiance in the car and she's had to get rid of 20 pairs of shoes so your tackle bags can fit in the closet......

You go to move and relist that your going to have to make 3 trips with a full sized pickup just for tackle. Im not joking. And i still have stuff at the tackle shop being repaired.

You can take over two hours selecting the perfect gear to go fish for 1 hour...I got sick of all that and more last Spring...I am in the middle of a serious cull down.

I been into consistent fish for two weeks. I have a bag with all kinds of high end wood and truth be told the 5" & 7" Black Mambos are catching orders of magnatude more fish...culling down and stickign with what works...oh yeah...there is plenty of wood and rubber staying!!!!!!

For two weeks, I've been trying to catch my first Striper of the season. Driving. Me. Nuts.

But I'm there with you BP. Small, 3-tube plug bag is able all I carry now and it has room available in it.

You obviously don't need it. Put it on the Buy/Sell forum for a cheap price (and email me 5 min. ahead of time).

Talking

Be careful its catchy.

Madi is 9 and shes got 3 tackle boxes of her freshwater stuff 3 freshwater rods and a light spinner for salt. Scotty, is trying to get her to fly fish so shes got a nice bean fly fishing vest.

To be honest the only room in my house that doesnt have some sort of plug, fly, rod, or lure is the bathroom. We're going to need a bigger house if she keeps up her interest in fishing

Domination takes full concentration..

...you walk down the aisles of any well stocked tackle shop saying, "got it, got it, got it, got it, don't need it, got it, don't want it, got it, got it..."

when you have a yard sale on the s-b classifieds every winter....

It's not the bait
At the end of your line
It's the fishing hole
Where all the fish is blind

Too Much Stuff

When you decide it's easier to go out and buy what you need rather than to go through the stuff you've already have -even if you know it's "somewhere".

A bottomless pit of bum information/ Death makes memories of us all...

That's a sweet rod. 1201L clipped 4" from the tip and wrapped by MikeCC.

I'll buy it back for 1/2 what I sold it to you for

When you are offered an almost for free place to live and do not take it because there is not enough room for your tackle.
