Great points and that's always been the case. No vehicles many times is a plus.

Just got back from a trip out there with several other guys, before they closed the beaches. We all got multiple keepers, fish to 20 lbs plus. If you know what you're doing, and 9 out of 10 guys on this board do, you can still catch plenty of fish out there.....including in spots that are still reasonably accessable after they shut it down for the birds.

The trick is to keep trying different spots and methods. The fish are there, you just have to figure out how to catch them.

Rich (Fishonnelsons) is right. There are a lot of fish around. The closures are not stopping me, that's for sure.

Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.
