Mike, if your traveling along 44 from Providence......your gonna catch mucho traffic at the Taunton Green (Rotary/Round-about)...you'll also hit traffic 2 miles later along the Flea-Market area...

....but coming from Southern Ma. or R.I.....I'd still travel along 44...to 3 North...to exit 8 - like Slip and Chris mentioned. At the end of the exit, bear right.....go up the hill thru the lights...and you'll see the mall on your right.
....Mike, remember....it's a Saturday/Sunday.....grab yourself a beverage & enjoy the ride, whichever route you choose
