If you've got a 19' or 20' boat I'm assuming you've got a smaller livewell (like me). I leave my pump running all the time when there is bait in there. The pogies I use have been snagged and need all the help they can get to stay alive...Livewell pumps burn out and need to be replaced every few years. I think it's a fact of life, but maybe I'm just using the wrong one.
