Man I read this and I'm rolling on the floor laughing. The only thing that pops into my head is " Stiff Tip caught the Bass Hawg typing disease" 
I found fish on the " bottom of the tide" at the Canal last night. Nothing over 15# but fish none the less. |
No boat, back in the suds.

Breaking could also refer to one's bones or the like. At low tide all the slippery rocks are exposed, thus a predisposition to break a rod, leg, arm, or god forbid your casting finger. One time I slipped and spilled a big bucket of live herring, but I was high enough up on the rocks that none of them made it back to the water.

last 2 days...the fishing  has been ok 1hr after the tide turns west for breaking fish ,mid canal seams best, fish r hitting 6in blue/chrome loaded cordells.p-bait and butterfish moving in the canal .looks like the start of something good  |
