Thats pretty nice yak, I sat in one last summer and it seemed really sweet for fishing...that is not a bad price either. I think you did the right thing getting a quailty seat...that is probably the most important comfort item on a kayak.
Where do you plan to use it? I have always wanted to take a yak out along the elizabeth islands and work the nooks and crannies and quietly sneak up on some fish at daybreak. (on a nice day of course)
