JohnnyD, do you not understand, when they tax businesses, they tax each and every one of us?

And yes I read the article, as in all government contracts, even if it's over 5 years, when the 7.5 billion is approved... the total is allocated today. So this 7.5 is not available for anything else... as it is already spent..
