No kidding. I was reading the article waiting for him to be like, "I love black people. I let them come over and mow my lawn. Every few years I give some of the local colored kids 50 cents each to paint my fence. This one time I said, "homie, what is up". That's how they talk right?"

I'm not following your analogy here.
To me if a judge did this it would have to be appealed and he would have to be removed from office.
