I've hung up the gear 'til next year.
I'm shifting my attention and energy over to fresh for trout and the coming ice season.

In my ledger this will be the season that wasn't!
It all began with the spring weather and climaxed with two weekend nor'easters.

I plan on going for a while still...might do some traveling to catch...work is slow and I need to stay occupied.....
got 1 @ 36" on Sat.

keep going until I don't stand a chance. Slowed down this previous week but still going out every night.

Not cold enough yet to flush me out....Picked up a few fish in 'gansett last week and someone else pulled a 30 # out of the same are.. And if it counts, a nice Tuna last week off-shore.
I'm just not ready to pack it yet.Besides I buy too much gear in the off season...Mike
