From what ive heard and read the company produced top quality rods through mid to late 80's. I had a chance to look at the rod half finished over the weekend and cant wait to pick it up during the holidays. And more importantly fish with it.

I was just curious if anyone has or still does fish any Fenwick gear and whether or not they enjoyed their product.
cant go wrong with a 706z

thats why they call it fishing not catching

I have one from my Grandfather, a 12 foot with a Damn Quick 550 on it. I am going to replace a bad guide or two, clean up the real, and chase a fish on it one of these days.
