I'll print up the ballots and make the tags cause it doesn't require me to remember/recognize everyone from last year's event by name. (my memory isn't that good, sorry in advance ). And will gladly lend a hand where needed.

I'll put together a display of differant methods of rigging hooks to plugs, ... methods like pinning, external wiring ,bicycle spoke wiring , epoxy hole hook hangers etc...

Yup. Shift at the door, clean up. Whatever.
Make a sticky on date and place when you have it, please.
The doctor going to be doing an AYC order again?
What do people want to see for demonstrations? Some of my favorites from the past have been offset turning, darters, and marbelizing. My wishlist would include seeing PNG on the Roman Nike, Capesams turning anything from the old school, and seeing an assortment of jigs people have made (to help with through drilling, etc.)
Anyway to put organize purchases of the specialty drill bits that we all seem to need?

OK we're gonna need to nail down the wording for the voting.
Maybe we should begin a new thread to discuss this or add it to the plugfest contest plugs thread.
In any case if you can have the ballots done way before plugfest so I can have them at the start of the day, I'd appreciate that greatly, nametags also. this way I can pass them out in the AM
I am not far from Easton and can meet up with you at some point or something before plugfest.
Thanks again

My first Plugfest
Slip,
Has the date been picked? Feb 13 or 20th?
If my smoker isn't burried in snow, I'll bring about 12 pounds of pulled pork and some rolls.

Hm, I might be able to take a road trip out if I don't have class. It really depends on the day. If you guys need any help of any sort, even if its just helping organize things in advance, I'll be more than happy to do so.
P.S - I have Frank Zappa's discography on my computer so if you need any of that just let me know
