				Sold the boat today

Buyer comming up tommorow to pick her up. I feel kind of sick. An era comes to an end. 10 years of fishing, tubing and generally having a good time. That was a great boat. So long Surfrunner, long may you ride. |

Just wondering.
Seems kind of odd, this buyer come looking or were you advertising and found the buyer ?
Going into the winter seems like selling a boat is the last thing likely to happen ! |

				 | It's good to move your boat every few years...keeps things fresh. (Did the same thing this fall myself.) Sometimes it's good to take some time away from it. However...once you see all the deals to be had in the used boat market, you might just think about picking up another one to make some new memories with. Nothing can compare to a great day on the water. If you have the cash, there hasn't been a better time that I can remember to buy a like new used boat at a healthy discount. |

				 | I am already looking for a new one. But I will tell you something. A good boat is like a good dog. You get one maybe two in a lifetime. I had a good dog and a good boat at the same time. Now there both gone. I appreciate what I had, but I can't change fate. |
