Wireless is goofy. If you manage to be able to get a hardwire again to the internet do it. It is the most reliable. As far as it logging you off, note anything that is going on around the house (i.e. is a cell phone nearby or someone using a microwave, etc.) because that can mess with the signal of the router. Also check the settings to see if for whatever reason it logs you out it can automatically just log you back in. If you still have an issue try updating the router and the net gear card as it could just be a bug/out of date. If you can find the network logs stating the reason why you dropped your connection then you could probably work on it yourself. Just some thoughts off the top of my head.
