The PacBays are made in China and are essentially the same as the Batsons as "Batson" formerly worked for Pac Bay. Roughly the same as the PB, I find the Batsons a little crisper feeling and they are cheaper too. One odd thing about the Batsons is that the take off 2 inches on each one as it is so the 9 footer is really 8-10"...
