It's been about two weeks since I've seen Avatar, and, though it was well worth the money, a fantastic visual experience, it has pretty well faded for me. Dances with wolves, to which it has been compared message-wise, still haunts me. I can watch a rerun of Dances and still get the fresh impact, visuals, message, acting, the whole nine yards. I have no interest in seeing Avatar again, but if I did, the only thing I'd want to see again is all those wildly imaginative scenic visuals.

this about sums it up for me....story was sort of hokey...but the effects/visuals are groundbreaking...wifey wants to see it again at IMAX |
