Always thought it would be great for affordable housing, or some big summer camp for dis-advantaged kids, all those houses - which probably would require knock-down - but still, what a place!

There's so much deserted housing out on otis/ camp edwards.......all those houses going to waste......5 miles away hard working families on the upper cape can't afford/find housing.
