They should've already started biting. I picked up a couple...a week and a half ago *shortz*, but it must have been a flooook...been dead ever since. The saying goes..."when the dandelions pop". ..so I'm sticking to that

I find that in the spring, they prefer sandworms, BUT...I'm a crab-man 4-life...and have NO problems landing them on greens.

..but to answer your questions, RIGHT NOW IS A GOOD TIME TO TRY 1/2 doz. sandworms + 1 qt. of crabs, until you KNOW they're really in.

..as far as regulations: At the MSBA show I spoke with a DEM officer. I was told that although the regulations may be changing....they are still the same as last year. He recommended I keep checking their site for the change.
