first time i heard of this tidbit
20-2.2-5. Exemptions.
A license shall not be required for anyone who is:
(1) Under the age of sixteen (16);
(2) Permanently disabled,
that would be me.. i am exempt
i have the plackard too

but by after noon i am (ankle wise)
--->as it uses up my battery life
