I thought being able to pee without stripping down was the reason for using a suit!

When I got my SCUBA certification 20 years ago, I was told there are 2 kinds of people who pee in their wet suits: those who do and liars.

Urine is sterile so pee away.
I have a smile on my face when standing in 4 feet of water a far from shallow water telling my pals I'm peeing again. They in their cold tall orvis waders, with tears in their eyes, biting their lower lip off

May fortune favor the foolish....

Don't pee in the suit. The acid in the pee breaks down the glue at the seams, as that is the weakest part. USCG dive training suggests not doing so, although it is not unheard of after long hours in the suit.

I used to surf winters when I was young...1st thing you do when you go in...brings that water in the suit up to body temp right quick. That's the reason we all drank so many beers all the time.....ya that's the reason....I wouldn't lie.

ChubRub. Where a pair of very thin polyester pants under the suit or shorts. Will prevent the rub.

there was an interesting study, I will try to find it, that said sharks were attracted to urine....

the full moon looks orange sometimes when it rises because the light has to pass through more of the atmosphere then when the moon is higher in the sky. the blue light waves scatter but the red light waves pass through...... if you were wondering.

Yeah couldn't imagine having to swim back to shore to take a leak it was bad enough in waders getting your belt off and then the top. Mike, glad you changed your mind.

The other part thats a pain in the ass is when you're into fish and your wader buddies have to pee and you get stuck being the coat rack as they climb to the highest part of the rock and hand you all their gear just to pee, Wear depends and let me fish !

May fortune favor the foolish....

I put a zipper in my wetsuit.
Horiziontal under my belt.
Works perfect, don't have to take anything off.
I don't know about you but peeing in my suit bothered me.
