There's been a couple of Bright spots this year so far....Beltre has been stroking the Ball well. And Hermida keeps hitting in limited play. Lackey has also been pitching well.

Twins shut out Sox 8-0, and B's lose 2-1.... Celts haven't exactly been lighting it up either.... Gonna be a long spring /summer I'm afraid.

It would be nice if they could throw out a runner stealing second....Tamba Bay has been making them look foolish in that respect.

They have the two worst throwing arms in baseball, in Varitek and Martinez.
Someone should have clued in Theo over the winter that if the new look Sox are all about "pitching and run-prevention", turning any walk into a de facto double because their catchers can't throw out a freaking guy on crutches isn't the best way to achieve that.
