Thanks for taking this away from Larry's complaining and towards discussing an avenue toward solutions.
I still think we will need to bring some grass roots political pressure so that the situation remains the issu and is not used as the avenue for permanent closure.
The problem with permitting will be the road repair. Symbolic fencing and planting dune grass are ealily allowed in that type of geomorphic area and are things we could organize, get permitted and raise money for or get materials donated easily.
If you and Mike need any help just pm me.
On a side note...because I love to disagree with Bigfish...under the new license this is why we have set aside 1/3 of the money for access. This is a classic example of how that money is supposed to be used.
