Raven dude Try laying on your back with a box under you upper legs tight to your but and with your lower legs parallel with your body. Kinda like siting in an upright chair while laying on your back. This might take the pressure off your spinal column and give you a chance to sleep.
This helped me more than a chiropractor
If this works you should be dancing on roofs

Try inversion therapy! Seems to work as I got the Teeter Hangups with the magic finger/heating pad (shoulder/neck area heated only). My mancave doesn't allow full inversion due to the ceiling height restricted but for the magic fingers/heating you only want to incline 45-60d anyway. The red glow in the picture is the IR heater.

This is not a product endorsement, just something I'm trying.

The teeter.com basic version is $299. The magic finger/IR heater add another $100.

Wink

Rav, you need to get one of those futuristic whole body football
pads. Ya just get in and inflate it, never to get injured again.

Something like the "bubble boy" had, only tightly wrapped.
