I don't like to mow the lawn when it is wet, so I would wait until the dew has dried, typically after 9:00 or even 10:00 AM.

i never feel right starting the mower up before 10. i got some neighbors who like to sleep in on weekends. see how early you notice people moving around next door.

I would say 0800 & you still haven't told us what time your neighbor started.

Not to get off topic but my neighbor across the street starts his snowblower @ 0500I'll be shoveling and look over like "really"?So I'll wait till at least 0530 then start mine and if anyone ask's,I'll say he started it!
