Its not legal in Utah....they passed a law abolishing it but because he was sentenced before they abolished it they Grandfathered him in nd the courts allowed it! 1 bullet is cheaper than the gas or all the voltage it would have taken to eliminate the bastard......so lets save a few bucks!!!
Almost time to get our fish on!!!
