Like putting money toward generating methods for more reliable stock assessments... or funding education and staff at local law enforcement agencies to assist with poachers.

Yea, exactly! I almost wish I didn't read this cuz now I'm just disgusted. I know you have to post stuff like this though(Thanks TDF) to get the awareness out there so maybe something good will come of this now! Heads should roll but this is MA politics so I'm not going to hold my breath.
