They were raised by parents that were more concerned with being "friends" with their kids than parents, thus the kids show almost NO respect for adults in general. How many have heard a kid yell, swear or even hit their parents because they didn't want to hear what the parent said?
I have repeatedly told ALL of my neices and nephews that if I hear of them talking back, disrespecting or hitting a parent/family adult, they will have to answer to me! (I'm 6'1" and 280 lbs.)
They got the message real fast.
