We typically stay at the red jacket mountain resort in North Conway, NH. Its got a great indoor water park and is very family friendly. I'd recommend it highly if you're willing to drive 4 hours or so to get there. Last winter we went tubing at Cranmore, then water parked it...was a great trip. Kids were 3 and 6.
