Salt both ways seem pretty gross to me I usually eat leftovers cold or room temp and if its possible toss it into a couple slices of bread and make a sandwich. Cold spaghetti sandwiches are actually not too bad especially if its with meat sauce. The best is pizza or left out overnight just the way it is or cold Chinese.

Cold Chinese!!!! Talk about gross.
I think its safe to say I have eaten more meals in China than anyone else here but there is no way I will eat chinese leftovers , even if originally cooked in Cumberland , without reheating them to piping (and germ free) hot again!!
Not me
On the other hand though , I don't know anybody who doesn't like cold pizza for breakfast. Now that's what I call health food.

The cold Chinese is great especially on the meat when the grease dries up nice and thick white.

Re-heating them works for me
I look at it this way--if I didn't like the meal, I toss the leftovers. If I liked it, I'll enjoy them as leftovers just the way I ate it.

try this :
1. buy a baby pig (piglet)
2. feed pig leftovers
3. when pig gets too big, kill pig (try not to get too attached)
4. butcher pig, freeze and eat as needed
5. throw away any leftovers
